Delivery

  • Your rug will be sent out with the Parcleforce 48 hour tracked service.

  • If you are in the UK you have FREE shipping! I ship internationally, if you are outside the UK drop me an email and I will send over a shipping quote. I have written a short blog with your top 5 questions answered about international shipping click here to read.

  • Are you local to the Stroud (Gloucestershire) area? I offer a free local delivery just get in touch when placing your order.

Returns

  • Sometimes life throws you a curveball, for extenuating circumstances Jessie considers returns on a case-by-case basis please get in touch within 14 days of your purchase.

  • Please note: returns are not accepted on custom commissioned rugs accept in rare occasions.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise discussed and purchases must arrive back at the studio in their original state. A full condition check is performed on all rugs prior to despatch. (FYI a small rug will cost around £10 to post and a larger rug no more than £20- If you use 48hr tracked at the Post office).

  • If you feel the rug needs to be a different size or shape for you home, we can discuss making you a custom rug.

FAQ

How long will it take for my rug to arrive?

4-5 working days. If you are ordering a ready made rug I aim to dispatch the order same day or next day. They are all posted out with Parcle force 48 hour shipping which is tracked so you can keep track of where it is.

Commissions are slightly different when you are ordering your custom rug I will give you a date your new rug should be with you. I keep in touch and will let you know just before your rug is post out to you.

How will my rug come packaged?

  • Your rug will come packaged in 100% recyclable materials so it is easy for you to pop it all in your recycling box.

  • Your rug will be rolled and tied, wrapped in tissue paper then wrapped in two layers of corrugated card securely taped with paper tape. The whole package will then be wrapped in brown paper for that last extra protection.

  • International packages will have an added layer as the rug will be in transit for a longer time.

Where is my order?

  • When you place your order I will email you to let you know when your rug will be posted out and when it should arrive with you. Please allow a day or 2.

  • If your rug has not arrived please get in touch and I can track it and send you the tracking number.
