About the Deep hand tufted rug

This handmade rug is tufted with an abstracted organic flowing design. Hand tufted in light blue, powder blue, aqua, turquoise, Mediterranean blue, dark blue, sea blue, cerulean blue, duck egg blue, baby blue, sky blue, petrol blue and navy rug wools. 

The monochrome blue and cream colour in the tufted circular rug works well on top of an existing carpet or wood flooring, the small round tufted rug size would work well in a smaller space in your living room or bedroom. Round rugs are a great shape they magically fill spaces as they have not lines, so they often fill spaces better than traditional rectangle rugs. This hand made tufted rug has a modern and contemporary abstract intuitive shape pattern tufted with a blue colour pallet inspired by the deep blue sea. This design would go well with beach inspired home decor or house with a modernist interior design style.

This hand tufted rug is one of a kind and was made by me Jessie in my studio in Stroud, Gloucestershire just outside the cotswolds. It has a sumptuous tufted pile of around an inch thick which makes it perfect for walking on and squishing your toes into. This piece of functional textile art for the floor was tufted to bring you joy to your home.
